So a bit of transparency on my injury that I was down for for two months or better, my cervical spine had multiple issues uncovered.
1: two bulging discs that are putting pressure on my spinal column
2: degenerative discs causing stenosis which means narrowing nerve paths from the spinal column caused pinching on the nerve that runs down my right arm which caused severe nerve pain and tingling when reaching.
This all is never going to be 100% resolved, that’s the worst part to think about.
Chiropractic adjustments once a week have made impressive improvements overall big huge shoutout to Norwich Chiropractic health right here in Norwich

With all that being said we are up and running and ready for lots of clients to return for business as usual!
