Wayne Robison

Wednesday marked the 5 year anniversary of my purchasing Intertech Products, Inc. Several people were instrumental in assisting with this accomplishment, including John Barce , David Leininger , Amy Lehrman, CPA , and Richard Sereno . I am so grateful to each of you ❤️.

A lot has happened over the last 5 years, including periods of hyper inflation, multiple geopolitical conflicts (wars), numerous supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, uncertainty around trade and tariffs, and the advent of AI. I am so proud of my Executive Team, our Leadership Team, and our entire workforce for meeting all of these challenges head on and thriving in the storm. We have invested over $6 million in new capital, expanded our workforce by 40%, increased wages by 50%, and driven growth for all our constituencies.
It is a very proud moment. You all make us better together. Thank you!!
