If you are in the shop are your tools and work areas wiped down, hoses rolled up and tools put away? Do you reset the work area for tomorrow and come in early enough to begin the first job at the strike of the clock?
Is the same mindset being used in the office. Are desks covered in paper? Is the phone ringing off the hook? Are your emails unanswered? Do you get in late and leave early? These are signs of problems, not sucess.
Teach by example. Walk with purpose. Pay attention to the details, start with yourself and you will work safely.
