We’re looking to add two dependable people to our team at Top Gear Diesel in Newburg, MO.
We’re a privately owned diesel repair shop working on a wide variety of equipment — Power Stroke, Cummins, Duramax, semis, dump trucks, tractors, construction/ag equipment, and more. Our work ranges from general maintenance and diagnostics to fuel systems, suspension/steering, engine work, clutches, driveline repairs, electrical, and major repairs.
🔹 SHOP HELPER — Starting at $18/hr
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to get their foot in the door of the diesel mechanic world.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Can identify and properly handle common tools
* Is comfortable lifting heavy parts/equipment
* Can stay busy, keep the shop organized, and be an extra set of hands when needed
* Shows up ready to work and is willing to learn
For the right person, this position offers plenty of room for pay raises and hands-on education, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time mechanic position.
🔹 FULL-TIME DIESEL MECHANIC — Starting at $25/hr+
Previous mechanical experience is required. You don’t have to have experience with every type of truck or piece of equipment we work on, but you must be able to independently work your way around an engine and confidently complete repairs.
Experience and having your own tools will be reflected in your pay. The more you bring to the table, the more earning potential there is.
