Hello nemet Kia! I have been asking for assistance for 4 days now and to date nothing has been done. Kelly has been tellling me She's looking into my Kia Finance issues for my Sedona 2016 that was traded for new one last May. It's been 4 days and nothing is happening. No acknowledgment. No update. PLease advise 😞
KIA should be ashamed of themselves for manufacturing engines that put people in GRAVE DANGER! Our 2016 KIA Sedona almost killed us when the engine spontaneously combusted! To add insult to injury, Kia Motors America will not allow us to terminate the lease. We are not interested in a replacement engine. Your engines are DEATH TRAPS! We leased our KIA SEDONA 2016 from Nemet Kia! If you care about your safety DO NOT PURCHASE OR LEASE A KIA. Check out the class action lawsuit which was filed in December
Had an appt for 10:00 for the service dept and I’ve been waiting 25min now just to get into the garage. I was here before 10:00 and my second visit in less than a week for my engine light coming on. I guess they just turned it off the first time and didn’t do anything to it. Great job!
This dealership is not bad. But their sales group needs to be retrained. I ended up with a sales man by the name Gerard and he was good at first but once that final paper was signed, after smoking my ci******es.... That's when his true colors started show.... That's when I became nothing but dollars signs b for his eyes....i called this sales man days n weeks after my purchase n I am yet to receive a return call...... his behaviour after my purchase was utterly disgusting. I had to bring in my car yesterday, an if looks could kill I would have died twice with the looks mr gerard alexander gave me..... i wont be giving this place my business again.... cnt wait for my three years to b over. Gerard alexander has ruined any good thoughts i had about this dealership
