Just repaired the front of this Subaru WRX in September. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Unfortunately our client was rear ended just 6 months later, but he knew exactly where to go.

All new OEM parts. New rear bumper, trunk, rear body panel replaced per Subaru repair manual.

Refinished with BASF Glasurit 90 Line paint

Insurance company: “No problem.. We got a guy”

This is a $70k Mercedes GLE 43 that was “repaired” at an insurance company recommended “express” shop.

The owner had no idea anything was wrong with his vehicle.

Issues include:
-Replaced a damaged taillamp with a damaged taillamp
-Unrepaired panels (lower bumper & rear body panel)
-Panel gap issues
-Giant buckle in the quarter panel (unknown structural issues)

A local Subaru dealer body shop attempted to repair this Subaru Forester, but failed. Just because a dealer sells a certain brand of vehicle it does not mean they are certified to repair them.

This vehicle’s structure was not repaired correctly resulting in a misaligned structure and misaligned outer panels which tipped the owner off to a problem.

In addition no required safety inspections and calibrations were completed potentially putting the vehicle occupants at risk

Aftermarket parts were used in place of genuine Subaru parts even when the insurance company paid for the correct OEM replacement parts. Structural parts were repaired instead of being replaced and some damage was even missed.
