I went to co-op city tires today I had a terrible experience I got there at 6:22am to check in to get my brakes repaired I didn't leave until 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon. I asked them why it was taking so long and they told me that they had to order parts for the car. I was never informed of this!! No one ever came to me to discuss anything about my car until the last minute. I talked to one of the manager's/ CO owners and he wouldn't even give me a discount for waiting so long!!! What is a person supposed to do? I give them a thumbs down for the worst customer service ever!!!! They lost a good customer. 1out of 10 they a 1
