An old concept I designed for the Santa Anita Racetrack Lounge, now reimagined with AI enhancements. Blending the timeless glamour of the racetrack with modern design elements, this refreshed vision brings new life to a classic space. I am still experimenting with this amazing tool—excited to explore where it takes the creative process next!

Revisiting some of my old design concepts and sketches, such as the Mohegan Casino Northern Expansion, Astir Palace in Greece, and a competition for the Grand Egyptian Museum in Cairo. It’s been a delightful trip down memory lane!

Nightingale project, as it was originally conceived. I've been playing with AI to perfect the light and textures. The last picture shows what it currently looks like under the new ownership of Nerea, but they've kept the millwork as originally designed. Feeling happy.

Excited to enhance the competition images in Japan using AI.

Working on the prompt to capture the essence of the design was as thrilling as viewing the resulting images. It truly felt like magic at our fingertips as designers. Here's the refined prompt:

The Shinjuku Vertical Cemetery in Tokyo is an architectural marvel of gleaming white towers at a bustling city crossroad. The journey starts with a spiral staircase descending from street level, symbolizing the present, and leads to a reflective pond that embodies the past with its endless interplay of reflections. The path then moves through grand arches marking life's milestones, towards tranquil gardens that evoke peace and joy. It ends at a striking "bridge to nowhere," which provokes deep reflections on the essence of existence, with no clear beginning or end. A radiant back-lit red line climbs the facade of the structure, casting a warm glow against the dusk light over Shinjuku's active streets. This design offers a space for contemplation and stands as a beacon of profound symbolism and modernist architecture. Transparent glass handrails with soft backlighting enhance the ethereal experience as visitors ascend and descend the staircase.
