350 leaders in higher education. 4 days in Nashville. One conference they’re still talking about.
For the second year of Vineyard CollegeVine for Students national summit on AI in higher education — the bar was higher. The brief for Allaway… build an experience senior leaders would believe could only have happened here.
So we handled every layer under one contract:
→ Travel, room blocks and ground transport for every guest
→ Floral, furniture and spatial design across the W Nashville
→ An off-site at Category 10 with custom cowboy hats and hand-stamped leather luggage tags
→ A 20+ person content crew — every attendee left with a professional headshot
And the smartest move of the week: CollegeVine’s own AI agent, Viney, ran the guest journey — itineraries, dietary flags, transport alerts. The summit became the product demo.
