🚨 WE’RE HIRING – SERVICE WRITER 🚨
We’re is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Writer to join our team.
This position serves as the bridge between our customers and technicians, helping ensure projects move efficiently while maintaining the high level of service our customers expect.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing regular updates and maintaining communication with customers throughout their builds and service work
• Monitoring and tracking progress of vehicles currently in the shop
• Managing inventory and maintaining accurate records of in-stock parts and supplies
• Coordinating parts ordering, returns, and vendor communications
• Working with outside shops, suppliers, and manufacturers regarding parts and services
• Maintaining customer records, vehicle information, ECU documentation, and project status tracking
• Creating invoices and assisting with administrative tasks
• Organizing and coordinating vehicle movement within the shop
• Running occasional errands and transporting parts when needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office and shop environment
• Assisting with the daily care of our shop dog
• Contributing to a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, comfortable multitasking, and has a passion for the automotive industry.
Automotive knowledge is preferred but a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are just as important.
