We do all phases of auto body repair and realize that getting into an accident is a difficult experience so we do our best to make the repair process go as smooth as possible. Friday, June 15th, was our last day of work at Pat DiSilvio's Body and Fender Shop. My parents are retiring and I'm moving to another job much closer to home. Making my commute much shorter.
This chapter is closing and a new one is just beginning for us.
We'd like to thank everyone for allowing us to serve you for the past 74 years. That was a pretty good run.
Again, thank you all for trusting us with your auto body needs and we wish you all the best the future has in store.

The cold has us in its grasp.
Just a word of advice. Make sure that you use windshield washer fluid for the cold weather. Something that states it will not freeze until well below zero. Don't use what you may have laying in your garage from the summer. More likely than not, it will be a summer blend and it will freeze. The last thing you want is to not have functioning washers when you are trying to make your way home early to beat a storm.

The cold weather is approaching. Please remember to keep up with the general maintenance on your vehicle. Check tire pressure and treads, keep an eye on fluid and coolant levels to help make for an uneventful cold weather season. Do this so the only visits you need to make to a mechanic or body shop will be just to say hello or drop off a cup of java.

Are we tired of the Polar Vortex yet? Lets look back on this without incident. Dress warm, dress the kids warm, keep extra clothes in the car, warm up the car and take it slow. Ice on the roads can sneak up on us.
If we do this, when we look back on this as we're poolside in a couple of months, it will just seem like a bad dream. We will endure.
