It's hard to believe that it has been 20 years. Ventura sat at her dock in North Cove Marina since the late 80s looking up at those towers every day until 9/11. On that day Ventura, Captain Pat and her crew joined the largest civilian marine evacuation in history to help ferry people from Manhattan to New Jersey.
Every day we are proud of the role Ventura and her crew played in the evacuation along with countless other vessels in the harbor. In our cabins below deck there is a testament to Ventura's role in the evacuation. Always remembered, never forgotten ❤🇺🇸
