If you’re worried about your milk supply, the answer probably isn’t hiding at the bottom of a bag of lactation cookies 👀

Before you start buying up supplements - look at the foundations of milk supply:

1️⃣ Your schedule. Are you removing milk often enough for your goals and where you are postpartum?

2️⃣ Your fl**ge fit. (YES, they come in sizes). Because pumping with the wrong size can impact comfort AND how effectively you’re removing milk.

3️⃣ How you’re using your pump. Owning a good pump and knowing how to use it effectively are two very different things.

I work with moms all the time who are doing ALL the things to make more milk…while unknowingly leaving milk behind every time they pump.

If you’re trying to make more milk, follow along. There’s a lot more I want you to know before you buy another lactation cookie 😉

If you pump away from home, keeping breastmilk cold can be one more thing to figure out. The Willow Breastmilk Chiller gives you an easy way to store pumped milk while you’re at work, traveling, running errands, or on the go.

The first time you see a breast pump is… humbling 😂

Flanges. Duckbills. Backflow protectors. Letdown mode. Expression mode.

And somehow you’re supposed to know what size everything should be AND what settings to use?!

If you’re pregnant and looking at all of this thinking:

“I have no idea what I’m doing”

Hi, you’re exactly who I want here. 👋🏻

You don’t have to become a breast pump expert overnight. But you DO deserve to understand how pumping, breastfeeding, and milk supply actually work before you’re trying to figure it all out on three hours of sleep.

Pregnant + planning to breastfeed? Follow along. I make this stuff make a whole lot more sense.

Hi, I’m Tamari - CLC, mom of 4, and I’ve helped 3,000+ moms understand how to get more milk so they can reach their feeding goals.

If you’re pregnant and planned to breastfeed, please don’t leave your breast pump sitting in the box until you need it 😅

Take it out. Learn what the parts are. Know how to put it together. Learn how the settings work.

You may not plan to pump right away - but feeding doesn’t always go exactly according to plan.

And if you DO need your pump in those first few days, this is not the time to be opening it up for the first time.

You’re preparing the nursery, washing the tiny clothes, installing the car seat…

Preparing to feed your baby deserves a spot on that list, too.

Pregnant + planning to breastfeed? Follow along - theres a LOT I want you to know before baby gets here.

Hi, I’m Tamari 👋🏻 CLC, mom of 4, and I help moms actually understand breastfeeding + milk supply so they can reach their feeding goals

Your wearable doesn’t have to be your primary pump to be one of your favorite pumps. 👏

I love having a wearable for those 1–2 pumps a day when I’m on the go, chasing kids, getting things done, or just don’t want to miss what’s happening around me.

It’s not about replacing your primary pump. It’s about having another option when you need a little more freedom.

Shop the wearable I’m using here.
