Here's the answer from the Manager, Todd: "No we will not give you your downpayment back, get a lawyer"!

If I could rate this dealership ZERO I would!!

Please save yourself the hassle and DO NOT purchase a vehicle from EA Johns in New Smyrna Beach. They sold me a broken truck, it broke down not even 24 hours after purchasing it. They gave me a loaner truck WITH NO RADIATOR FLUID IN IT and of course that broke down same day. I brought my original truck back in to get fixed and they did not fix it and said too bad so sad. They still continue to refuse to fix it, and when I attempted to return the truck, they refused to give me my $1,000 down payment back. The Manager, Todd, said "GET A LAWYER". THAT'S HOW THEY HANDLE THEIR BUSINESS.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! THIS IS NOT THE DEALERSHIP YOU WAN TO WORK WITH! THEY WILL SCREW YOU AND SELL YOU A PIECE OF JUNK & KEEP YOUR MONEY!
