🇺🇸 Miles: 250 Years. Destination: America. 🇺🇸

Two hundred and fifty years ago today, a handful of folks decided that freedom was worth everything. Every year since, that flame has been passed hand to hand, family to family, one generation to the next.

Nobody carries it prouder than Action Jackson. His love for this country wasn’t taught out of a book. It was handed down to him, the way the best things always are.

The other day, one of his buddies Thomas said he was the most American person he’d ever known. You should have seen the grin on that boy’s face. He carried that all week.

That’s what 250 years is really about. Not just the fireworks, but the pride we pass to the ones coming up behind us.

Operation: Baseball, Food Truck, Mini golf and ICE CREAM!

Played a little baseball this morning … Jackson that is. Had a tough defeat but still managed to keep his head up!

Had a relaxing dinner at Kelley’s Creamery and Food Truck! We all had very full bellies after eating. Action Jackson even leaned in to me on the way home battling to stay awake… he did. Kid is growing like a w**d.
