What's the one thing on your RV you've been putting off fixing? 😬

Most RV owners never look inside their electrical panel until something stops working. Here's what you should know:

✅ A tripped breaker often means you've got too many things running at once
✅ Flickering lights or random shutoffs? That's your panel telling you something's off
✅ Breakers that trip repeatedly are NOT meant to just be reset — that's a warning sign

If your electrical system is acting up, don't ignore it. A small issue today can turn into a costly repair (or a safety hazard) down the road.

💦 Going Away? Turn the Water OFF to Your RV! 🚐

This picture is a perfect reminder of how quickly an RV plumbing problem can turn into a whole lot of water where it doesn’t belong.

RV plumbing systems have fittings, connections, valves, faucets, PEX lines, water heaters, toilets, and appliances—and any one of those can develop a leak or fail while you're gone.

If you're leaving your RV unattended for an extended period, one of the simplest precautions you can take is to shut off the water supply at the source.

Because a small leak while you're standing there might mean grabbing a towel.

A small leak that runs for hours—or days—while nobody is home can mean soaked flooring, cabinets, underbelly insulation, structural damage, mold concerns, and a very expensive repair.

If you're using your freshwater tank, turning the water pump off when you leave is also a good habit.

And remember: a pressure regulator can help protect your RV plumbing, but it cannot stop the water if a fitting or line fails.

Thirty seconds to turn off the water can potentially save you thousands of dollars and one VERY bad welcome-home surprise. 😬💦

When in doubt: shut it off before you head out!

If your awning is making ugly noises, stopping halfway, or looking crooked, don’t keep forcing it.

Most common culprits we see:
 loose mounting hardware
 torn fabric starting to bind
 bent arm or misaligned track
 motor strain from low battery voltage

Catching it early is way cheaper than replacing the whole setup.

 loose cables
 swollen battery case
 burnt smell or warm cables

Stop and get it handled. Bad connections can cause all kinds of  electrical weirdness.
