✨ PAYTON WELLER✨
At just 17 years old, Payton Weller has already accomplished so much both on and off the racetrack!
A third-generation racer, Payton comes from a family deeply rooted in motorsports. Alongside her two sisters, she has grown up around racing, and even her mom competes behind the wheel. Payton began racing karts at just 5 years old and has been chasing her passion ever since. After getting her start in Stingers, she has spent the last four years competing in Legends cars, continuing her family’s racing tradition.
Payton’s journey has not been without challenges. At 14½ years old, she was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, a life-changing diagnosis that could have slowed many people down. Instead, Payton faced it with strength, determination, and resilience. She has never allowed diabetes to stand in the way of doing what she loves, continuing to race, pursue her goals, and inspire those around her through her perseverance.
One of her greatest accomplishments is graduating a full year early, showcasing the same dedication and work ethic she brings to every aspect of her life. This July, she will begin an exciting new chapter as she pursues a career in cosmetology.
Whether she’s at the racetrack, in the classroom, or overcoming obstacles that life puts in front of her, Payton approaches everything with determination and heart. Her family is incredibly proud of all she has achieved and all that is still to come.
