This morning calibration: EG hatch with KPro connectivity issues, going back to the basics with my multi meter checking resistance and sensor communication data.

K-Series swaps are sensitive to bad grounds, shared relay power sources etc keep your setup simple and close to OEM Honda layout🙌🏾.

Transmission Repair complete.

I'd like to thanks for their hospitality. They we more than accommodating while I was repairing this transmission tab. It's not the prettiest of welds but considering the situation I'm happy with the results.

On the bench today, an AC line from a JDM Converted Import.

Unfortunately the line broke for stress reasons and a N.O.S or used replacement couldn't be sourced.

(Steel Filler wire is great for Jiggs)

If it's Metal we can fix it.

Settings:
GTAW EN AC 110V 115Amps max on the
pedal.
Filler: ER4943 1/16
I used this filler vs 4043 because it
has a higher yield and shear
strength.
Base metal: Automotive Aluminum AC
line (Low Pressure).

Finishing up a New product for the Accord and TSX Guys.

Direct replacement Fuel Sending Unit system.

Will include pump (E85 compatible), lines, fittings, filter, regulator and rail for a Return fuel system upgrade.

Depending on demand I'll have two kits in stock at all times.

This is tested and proven on my own Turbo TSX CL9.
