•Re-Sealing•

This is probably one of the most neglected maintenance item in your kitchen or bath. Through everyday to heavy use, your current stone sealer has a life of 3-5 years. Granted it was sealed post-fabrication. With use, and just time itself, the sealer breaks down and exposes the semi-porous surface and the natural mini-fissures of the actual stone. This provides dirt and bacteria a home inside your kitchen counter or vanity top surface. We can remove the remenates of your old sealer and apply an impregnator sealer that will fill from the mini-fissures up to a glassy smooth surface on top.

An old or failing caulk job can really take away from the beauty and elegance of your stone. We can remove the old caulk, sanitize, lay down a new bead of clean caulk that will tie your stone tops back together.

Sink adhesives that are exposed to continued extreme hot water, the added weights of disposals or sinks that were not properly mounted to begin with will start to separate from the underside of your counter or vanity top. Avoid water damage to your woodwork and floors or coming home to your sink resting on the bottom of your cabinet.
