Team Lauren Kimbrell, John Kimbrell, Will Erin Collie, Josh Hartley managed to place 3rd overall, which honestly surprised at least half the team 😂⛳️

Special shoutout to Will and Lauren for both getting Closest to the Pin! Lauren’s shot was officially recorded and while she’s never claimed to be a golfer, that shot may have been just a little lucky with some help from the sand bunker lol.

Great course, great people, and a great time all around. We appreciate DRN putting together such a fun event!

Built it. Branded it. Protected it.

Our company name.
Our logo.
But most importantly… our acronym: ACR.

If you know us, you know ACR has never just been letters on a truck or a logo on a shirt. It means something deeper. It represents our why.

ACR came from our kids, Avery, Cooper, and Rayna.
And Avery? She didn’t suggest it, she claimed it. She was set on ACR being hers. To the point where, if we didn’t use it, she was ready to start her own repo company with that name.

That stuck with us.

Because what started as a child’s idea turned into something real. Something strong. Something that has done nothing but grow, evolve, and flourish.

So yes, we trademarked it.
Not just to protect a business, but to protect the meaning behind it.

ACR is more than a brand.
It’s family.
It’s legacy.
It’s a reminder of why we started and who we’re building it for.

And this is something we will always fight for.
Protect it.
Stand behind it.
And carry it forward the right way.

Because ACR isn’t going anywhere.

Another great day spent with our partners at Manheim Nashville!

Huge thank you for hosting such a fun and well put together Carrier Appreciation event. Brittany Nichole Pendergrast (Transport Manager), Anthony Blackwell (rollback driver), and Lauren Kimbrell(VP) had a great time representing ACR.

Good food, good music, great conversations and of course, a little friendly competition (shoutout to the girls for taking the co****le win 😉).

We don’t take these moments for granted. Strong partnerships are built beyond the day-to-day, and we’re grateful to be part of it. Looking forward to what’s ahead!

We jumped on the AI caricature NARS poster trend this year and had a little fun with it.

This year is a special one for us.

When we made the decision to change our company name, it was inspired by Avery. She wanted a repossession company named after her and her siblings one day… a company she could grow into and eventually operate. That moment stuck with me.

During this year, Avery will turn 13. That’s a milestone birthday I wasn’t willing to miss. But as leaders in this industry, missing NARS wasn’t an option either.

So we decided to do both.

We’re bringing Avery along to Orlando so she can experience a real work conference, see the day-to-day of what we do, and most importantly, witness the relationships that are built in this industry. And at the same time, we’ll get to celebrate her birthday in Florida.

This will also be William’s first NARS and his first large conference, which makes it even more exciting.

We’re looking forward to introducing them to our clients, colleagues, and friends.

Be sure to welcome them this year.

Today we hosted our annual anniversary celebration, and this year we did things a little differently. It turned out to be the best one yet.

At ACR, we truly value family. We believe in working hard, but also making time to enjoy what you have built with the people who matter most. It is important to us that our team is able to enjoy both their time and their success, not just chase it.

This year we hosted our first Family Fun Day as part of our anniversary celebration. The day was centered around our employees, their families, and their kids. We had a bounce house, cotton candy, music, giveaways, and time set aside to celebrate our team.

With a crawfish theme, we had plenty of food and good company all around.

It was also an honor to have one of our clients join us for the day, along with our banker. Being able to have them there, meet our team, and see the people behind the work meant a lot to us.

We ate, we celebrated, we laughed, we made memories.

Even as owners, the training never stops.

This week we’ve been attending the Locksmith Pro Academy to continue strengthening our Key Department and make sure we’re staying on top of the most current processes, equipment, and techniques in the industry.

Our goal is simple. Bring that knowledge back to our team so our staff has the best training possible and our clients receive the highest level of service.

In this industry you either keep learning or you fall behind. At Advanced Collateral Recovery we choose to keep learning, keep improving, and keep raising the standard.

Tony runs our Transport Department and keeps everything moving the way it should. If a vehicle needs to be relocated, delivered, or handled the right way, he’s the one making it happen. He takes a lot of pride in what he does and it shows.

We appreciate your consistency, your work ethic, and the way you represent ACR every day. The Transport side of this business is no small task, and you handle it with professionalism.

The new signs are officially up in the debtor lobby 👏🏼

Every little detail matters to us professionalism, clarity, structure. It’s not just about looking good, it’s about setting the standard the moment someone walks through the door.

The new location is slowly but surely coming together and I couldn’t be more excited to see the vision unfolding piece by piece.

🚨 New Hire Alert: IT Department (Unofficial) 🚨

You know when you get that applicant who says, “I have experience,” “I’m an asset to the team,” or “I’m a fast learner”… but what about “I can follow directions”?

We’ve all hired one of those and trusted their words.

Well today, our Director of Operations is literally tangled up in wires on the floor questioning his life choices after confidently saying, “I can install the new security system. I can save the company money.”

One week later… we’re still in a tangled mess. 😂

All seriousness though, Will Erin Collie is getting this I.T. thing down and is in the final stretch of getting our new security system, two-way audio for lobby entry, and front door camera feed completed. Security is a top priority here and we don’t take it lightly.
