Breakfast burritos enchilada style🌯 makes breakfast time a breeze🌬
This recipe is great! You can cook everything at home, ahead of time. The morning of, top with your favorite enchilada sauce, cheese and pop it in the oven for 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
-1lb of bacon, cooked and chopped🥓 or sausage
- 8-10 eggs scrambled🥚
- hash browns or potatoes of choice🥔
- 1 (4.5 oz) chopped green chilis 🌶
- tortillas
- 1 (28 oz) can of enchilada sauce 🥫
- shredded cheese 🧀

Directions:
Prepare breakfast burritos adding all ingredients (no enchilada sauce yet) into tortillas. Wrap, put in dish. Cover and put in fridge.
Day of breakfast - Put enchilada sauce on top with some extra shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.

Voila! Breakfast is served and delicious.
