Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta we will miss you.

That’s a wrap for the 2026 season. Ethan Goulart put the #29 upfront all weekend, bringing home a P4 in race 1 after leading most of the race and a well deserved podium in race 2. It was a privilege to have Gavin Vaughan for his Mazda MX-5 Cup debut, it was a learning weekend for Gavin and he progressed really well, capping his weekend off with a P11 across the line in race 2 after an electric safety car restart.

We can’t wait for next season. 108 days to Daytona!

Thats a wrap for VIR! Solid weekend back in Mazda MX-5 Cup. It was amazing to have Ethan Goulart back in the #29 this weekend, and he performed with class as usual, bringing home 2 top 5’s. It was also amazing to have Michelle Squirek and Lincoln Larson for their MX-5 cup debuts, even with unlucky qualifyings they both raced really well, and showed that they both have the ability to compete at the top of this series. Great to be back and we cant wait for the next one!

We had a lot of fun this past weekend racing with , , and . Tyler swept the weekend picking up 2 poles and 2 wins. Unfortunately we had a mechanical issue that took Elivan out of race 1, but he managed to finish P5 in race 2 with a broken exhaust. It was awesome to have in his first SMX race this weekend, he jumped in with no practice and learned a lot for the next one at Mid Ohio.

Leaving St Pete a little battered and bruised. .m.p did a class job as always but just no luck to speak of during the races. We leave with our heads held high and ready for the next rounds at Mid Ohio in June.

Daytona is done and dusted. Many challenges were thrown our way this weekend, a broken oil filter housing ended practice 1 before it even began, and the differential cooking itself in qualifying was not the way we wanted the weekend to begin. The crew did an amazing job getting the car ready for race #1, and even with a brand new non broken in diff Marcello managed to secure a P8 finish grabbing some valuable points. Race #2 was electric, Marcello drove at the front of the field the whole race, but unfortunately a last lap incident ruined our chances of a podium finish.

A massive thank you to and AMPD novels for supporting the team (more coming soon), Bob Noaker for spotting and giving advice this weekend, for the photos, and last but not least the crew who worked as hard as ever, thank you.

Unfortunately Road Atlanta was not kind to us this year. A weekend filled with incidents and hardship brought the 2025 season to a close on a low note. That being said, this team is a family that will bounce back stronger than ever come next season and we can’t wait.

A massive thank you to everyone on our crew, you guys crushed it this year, whether you were with us for the whole season or just a weekend, we couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you to all of our partners and . A massive thank you to , and .performance for all the hard work they put into this series. Lastly, this season wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing drivers Ethan, Marcello, Zach and their families, there truly are no better people in the racing world than you guys.

We accomplished a lot this year, but there is some unfinished business. We can’t wait to get back on track in Daytona.
