Another custom Lemker Overland flatbed shell is finished and ready for its owners to take it from here!

For this build, the customer wanted something a little different up front, so we were able to do this unique nose design that we’ve nicknamed the “bullet nose” for its rounded and symmetrical nose shape.

We also mounted the exterior mini-split unit on the rear of the camper and bolted the shell directly to the customer’s existing flatbed tray.

Our shells give customers a solid starting point while leaving the interior completely open for them to design, build, and customize around their own adventures.

One of our latest truck campers is out the door, featuring a flatbed camper shell from Lemker Overland paired with a premium flatbed from ALTRA Fabrication.

This camper is an empty shell, giving the customer a blank canvas to build out the interior exactly how they want it and create a setup tailored to their adventures.

The FRP exterior color ties in exceptionally well with the Ford Avalanche Gray, giving the truck and camper a cohesive, almost factory look. On the outside, we added (6) Rigid Scene Lights for dependable lighting when the sun goes down.

This high end aluminum flatbed from ALTRA Fabrication brings the functionality and looks to match the camper, with lots of integrated storage, a rear trundle drawer, Baja Design Lights flush mounted in the rear, and custom-fabricated brackets for the camper to securely attach directly to the flatbed. These guys are located on the East Coast based out of Wilmington, NC and are putting out some awesome work!

Quality components, thoughtful details, and a solid foundation for the customer to make this rig their own. 🤘

Here’s a look at our latest build! 8’ slide-in. The goal with this camper was to make it feel as open as possible. All cabinetry is made from and was laminated with the customers color choice.
