We are hiring a Sales and Service Advisor!!!!
As a Sales & Service Advisor, you are the face of Tire City & Auto — the connection between our customers and our technicians. Your primary focus is to drive sales through honest recommendations, superior communication, and outstanding service. You’ll educate customers, build trust, and close sales that keep our customers safe and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and present the best service options
Recommend maintenance and repair services that meet customer goals and vehicle requirements
Generate, review, and close service estimates and sales tickets
Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure quality and accuracy
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Provide top-tier customer service that builds long-term relationships
Qualifications
Experience in automotive sales, service advising, or customer service preferred
Proven ability to sell and close with professionalism and confidence
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude
Basic automotive knowledge is helpful, but we will train the right person
