Do you trust the weather people!?!?!? Sometimes it seems like the weather can turn on a dime without warning!

We were very thankful our customer this morning had their car in the garage, but even when that isn't the case, rain doesn't stop us from repairing your windshield!

When the weather changes for the worst, we accept the challenge and break out the canopy tent! The weather isn't going to stop us, with some exceptions of course. I know this is the Midwest but don't actually expect to find us in a tornado 😆

Of course I had to include some before and afters from this morning!

Bear with me here, we were bear-ly getting by until this guy showed up... His technique is paws-itively amazing, he is very pawfessional. Fur-tunately he was already trained in windshield repair, his work is kodiak quality. His repairs restore the structural integrity of the windshield 100%. His claw-smetic skills are great too! Visually improving small chips and cracks 70%-90% and long cracks 50%-70%! Most importantly he can fur real stop any new cracks or old cracks from spreading and ruining your windshield!

Anyway it's un-bear-lievable if you made it this far. But we had to jump on the trend, the dad in me simply could not resist all the opportunities this post presented. 😂

Brrrrrrrrrrrr it's chilly out there!!! 🥶🥶🥶🥶 But boy is it beautiful! With coffee in hand, the sun shining and the birds chirping we are ready to repair some windshields!

We are constantly training on the most updated industry techniques. We learned a new additional technique for long crack repairs, and so far we are very happy with the visual results! (See in the before and afters)

THANKS I-75!!! Yup it got me 😂 First thing this morning I spent repairing a rock chip on one of my own vehicles.

That's alright! It was absolutely beautiful outside, perfect temperature, perfect breeze, perfect amount of sun and I had my morning coffee so couldn't ask for much more than that! Also positive vibes and took the opportunity to make it a photo op 😆

It's also been a busy start of the week fixing rock chips on customer vehicles!

We have a theme this week. Star breaks!!!

Star breaks are special. All windshield damage should be repaired in a timely manner. Star breaks are probably the most important type of windshield damage to get repaired quickly! They already have little cracks jetting out from the center, the wrong bump or pot hole, even just the hot to cold temperature swings will cause these breaks to spread into long cracks fast!

We repaired quite a few star breaks this week, so of course I included some before and after photos!

We charge $30 plus tax for rock chips, and cracks less than 6 inches in length.

Good news, if that star break is already turning into a long crack (greater than 6 inches), we repair those too! For $60 plus tax.

Today we met our customer in a public parking lot, we took care of the rock chip on his windshield in 30 minutes.

Us and the customer were very happy with the final result, so of course we had to include a before and after photo on this post!

Uh oh! Someone let these rock chips get to Social Security age!!!

In all reality, it wasn't the customers fault, they purchased this truck and rock chips came with it free of charge!

However the reality is when chips and cracks are not repaired in a timely manner, besides the risk of cracks spreading and ruining your windshield. Dirt , dust and moisture all work their way into the break discoloring the inside of the glass. Even if you don't drive the car, air exposure to the inner laminate layer can cause the break or chip to yellow! Yuck! 🤢.

Thanks to our high quality resins with additives from Glasweld we were able to make these chips as invisible as possible!
