I cannot imagine how difficult other modalities of training would be without my frost method- but I’m biased ✨ lungs feel like a superhero, the burn doesn’t stop performance, and my mind refuses to let me say “no” to challenge

The first time you walk into this room, it probably won’t come easy. Nor will the second, third, tenth, twentieth, hundredth time. But this is why we call it practice.

The FROST method is made for you to have something to work *toward*- that is the best part. Anything worth having inside or outside of this room takes practice, patience, time, and growth. This practice is one thing we *do* have control of- what a privilege to have this outlet. And what a privilege to call this our TEAM 👑

My love letter to cycle 💕

This modality has taught me so much on how I can maximize my true potential. Understanding tendencies I used to take to cut corners or skip steps.

This style of working out doesn’t allow you to cut corners, it doesn’t allow you to grow unless you put 110 percent into it 90 percent of the practices.

The only way you can reach new heights in cycle is to let go of your ego and let yourself fail, being at peace with failing more than winning.

That’s what builds resilience, true character and raw confidence. And that’s what I take to the outside world 🌎 through this I learned to always find a way, to not take no for an answer, and to understand I am 100 percent inc control of the world I see around me 🪞

GAME CHANGERS to not flooding your mic with sweat: bandage wrap, mic condom, *horizontal* mic belt.

Hope this finds all the right people 💕
