I have been asked many times why I gave my car the name Aquila. Latin for eagle, the name holds a special meaning to me because of my mother. Shortly before she passed away with cancer, she told me how she would love to fly like an eagle one day. She had a love for Bald Eagles from an early age. In the years following her death I have been calmed by her spirit with every visiting eagle. I see them regularly, just when I always need her. Blue was also my mother’s favorite color. And that is how Aquila Dart got her name 💙💜
