We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in semi repair and heavy equipment operation, with a focus on maintaining and servicing diesel engines. Must be willing to work out of a service truck as needed, as well as work in the outdoor elements when required.

Duties to Include:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Conduct electrical repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
Service air brake systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of all services performed and parts used.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
Experience

Proven experience as a semi technician or in a similar role within the semi/heavy equipment industry.
Familiarity with diesel engine components and systems.
Strong understanding of electrical systems related to diesel mechanics.
Experience with air brake systems is highly desirable.
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
