A deck bridge is needed when building high performance engines. Most bridges available are for large bores and are hard or impossible to use on small bore motorcycle engines. This 3D printed deck bridge is perfect for high performance small bore engines. Bore size shown is 72mm.

These custom designed fender mounts for look even better in person! I printed them using NylonX and installed heat set threaded brass inserts. The result is a very strong part and I can’t wait to see them on Eric’s motorcycle!

Printed another prototype double velocity stack designed by . This one will fit CR29 carbs on DOHC Honda CBF motorcycles and is on its way to JES Built in Oregon. Once Jim verifies everything fits as is should the final version will be printed using NylonX. If you’re interested in a set contact or me for more info.
