This is a vehicle that was loosing coolant and overheated . After inspection I found that the water pump bearing had failed and coolant was leaking heavily. I placed the failed pump in a vise for this video to show what the failed bearing looked like. I also do AC work if you are melting in this heat, its absolutely horrible how hot it is lol!

This is a demonstration of using a freon v***r detector to find leaks, also called in slag a "sniffer." in all honestly, It my least favorite way to search for Hvac refrigerant leaks but its the only effective way often to find out if a ev***rator core in the vehicles dash is leaking. you unfortunately cant visually see a ev***rator core so visually confirming a leak with UV dye is normally ineffective. This device "beeps" and displays on its screen the presence of refrigerant when its detected. This vehicle was allowed to sit and the refrigerant leaks into the HVAC case and then is blown out on starting of the system. There is more to the testing ofcourse, but this is the basic principle of what is shown. It's HOT OUTSIDE!!!

And no one likes when thier AC system in thier vehicles are malfunctioning, these are examples of how Refrigerant leaks are found that are often the reason a HVAC system does not blow cold. Often there is things that surprise me time to time when inspectingvehicles, but this being broken is something i didnt expect. The front 4x4 drive shaft is broken. If you have issues you need repaired please reach out and lets get them addressed for you :-)

A client reached out when they noticed something strange going on with thier drive belt. This belt is starting to come apart, if it was allowed to continue the belt could come apart leaving the driver stranded causing undesirable delays! Schedule a vehicle inspection for your vehicle and stay ahead of mechanical problems like this. The client had me replace it and now no longer a concern :-)
