And so it begins. The out of state hail gypsies have arrived.
Please don’t fall for this gimmick.
These out of state companies come in, and alot of times leave a mess when they leave. Alot of times when the dents are popped out, the paint will get a hair line crack in it . They know it’s there but the unassuming customer doesn’t….until the rust comes. And guess what? They are gone and the fake phone number is no longer working. And your insurance will not take care of it!!
Please go to an established business for your repairs. Even if it takes longer to get the vehicle in you will be better off and have some where to go back too.
These guys are from Tennessee and Texas.. Bet you won’t get a warranty when they are done..

Oh, hail!!
Did the hail last night damage your vehicle? If so the professionals at ,Midwest City Collision, can assist you in repairing your vehicle back to pre existing condition before the hail or better.

Here are a few things you need to know before picking a repair facility to handle your repairs.

1. Never trust a company that owes you money. Yes your insurance owes you a pay out to repair your vehicle to pre existing condition before the hail storm. However they also want to make that payment as low as possible and many times that means not doing the work that the manufacturer requires to repair vehicle. We use several sources to gather this info and present it to the insurance company to get your investment repaired properly.

2. You have the right to take your vehicle to the repair facility of your choice.
It is your property you choose where it gets repaired!!
Many times the insurance company will try and persuade you into using their so called “Partnered” repair facility to save money. Many of these companies cut corners and may not do all the required repairs that the manufacture requires.
At ,Midwest City Collision, we repair the vehicle how the manufacture states and not how the insurance wants to save a dollar.

3. The insurance company may want you to obtain an estimate for repairs. Many times these estimates will be higher then the insurance wants to give you upfront. It is very likely your insurance company will write a cheap repair estimate hoping you take the money and run. This is fine if you do not want to repair your vehicle.
But if you choose to repair your vehicle at a repair facility and only when it’s in a repair facility for repairs, will they negotiate for a higher payout to repair the vehicle.

4. Did you know?
Section 941 of the Oklahoma Insurance Code states that insurance companies can not raise an individuals rates over an accident that was not the vehicle owners fault? Was the hail your fault? Of course it wasn’t! It was an act of nature.
However, they can request a premium increase to all policy holders thru the Oklahoma insurance Department which may or may not grant it for all policy holders.
