My car was in your shop several times and it was not fixed. Today is my birthday and of course it would not start. This problem was discovered less than 24 hours of picking up my car in 2019.
Alan told me he was going to make a note of my car problem with my insurance company instead of fixing the problem because he had to attend his daughter's birthday party.

Two weeks later, the car needed a transmission from Johnston Toyota and the shortage was still the problem.

Alan was aware the problem still existed because he had the car in the shop when I picked it up.
I asked Alan why was the car in the shop, he said "he was keeping it warm for me." I told him that was one of the problem initially, so why you are not testing the car outside ? He didn't have a response.

Here it is 2020 in a pandemic, my car has the same problem 😒.
