For rainy days like today, nothing like a nice warm dinner. Menu: Borscht soup 🥘 (sour soup commonly consumed in Eastern Europe. Includes beetroots as one of the main ingredients, which gives its distinctive red color. my sailboat Illusions has been the center piece of many memories. Many friends and family have visited me on the boat. We talked about old memories and made new ones.
I'm about ready to turn in my sea legs and become a lubber.
