Well this happened today. Came in for a car wash, leaving with a broken piece of my work van. Def not coming back! Specially when manager “Mariana” very cool and collected tells me I’m just out of luck. So they have a policy that says if something happens to your vehicle it’s not their responsibility because they don’t know the condition of the vehicle. So even if you bring your car straight from the dealer and the equipment takes out your side mirror, or antenna, or any thing that is properly attached to your vehicle you are on your own. The gentlemen that recovered my piece from the inside of the car wash (where it gets washed) also had another smaller plastic from another vehicle. A Toyota to be precise. 2 cars in 1 morning. I guess I am just out of luck...
