Compre Un CHEVROLET TRAVERSE 2019 EN mayo de este mismo año y ya he tenido que ir al dealer 4 veces por problemas con el auto por que ha traído 1 problema en la rueda delantera derecha que lo solucionaron y con el aire acondicionado 3 veces he ido y no le dieron solución estos problemas los trajo de fábrica y las atenciones no han sido buenas por parte del personal de servicio y del dealer, ya por último ayer 28 de octubre 2019 me dejaron esperando sentado en una silla alrededor de 10 horas asegurandome de que ya encontraron la solución para el problema que se demoraba pero que reparaban el problema hoy y para al final decirme que el mecánico se fue pero ya había otro solucionando el problema, yo dije ok espero hasta que salga, ya a las 7 y tanto de la noche me dicen que me tenian que dar una renta que hoy no salia el auto y yo dije ok me voy en uno de renta estará listo para mañana en la tarde y es ahí donde me dicen que tampoco salía para mañana por que es que no tenían la pieza después que me dijeron que ya estaban solucionando el problema, espero que nos les pase lo Mismo que me Paso a mi y no es La primera Vez que he Tenido Mala experiencia con Esta compañía pero no me parece que después que uno paga mucho dinero obtenga mal servicio, solo quiero dejar saber que el vendedor Victor Alvarez Me atendio 5 estrellas en la compra, pero cuando tienes un problemas como este los manager no quieren hacerse respoble ni asumir el problema y ponen mil escusas, es logico que salgan de la fabrica autos con defectos como este yo se que a nadie le gusta perder en su negocio como yo tampoco quiero perder mi dinero por algo que compro nuevo y tiene defecto desde sus primeros dias, pero en estas cosas siempren pierden los clientes Me imagino que Alguien Solucione este problema de la mejor Manera. Gracias
