More than 15 days ago I returned the car to the rent a car, and they still have not wanted to return the deposit, and to make things worse today they tried to make an extra deduction from the credit card without my authorization. I have tried to communicate in every possible way from my country and on the last call, which is an international call when they were going to put me through to the agent, they hung up on me.

One switch rent a car Miami RIPPED me off. We were delayed getting in, and issue with timing of car. Showed up to get it- was told we were passed two hour window to get car…they kept the money and refused to give me a car that was paid for. I ended up paying 4 times more some where else. ABSOLUTE FRAUD OF A COMPANY

What is your email address to discuss a recent rental bill? The voicemail sounded like [email protected]. It came back undeliverable.

Customers, if you receive racist/discriminatory treatment as we did, please video it. Send to my message. Let's do a class action lawsuit against these guys! Let's shut this place down. Racism/Discrimination of any kind is unacceptable in the USA!

RUN AWAY DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM - ITS A SCAM.
I do not write negative reviews, but this company is over the top RIP OFF!
Turn these guys into the Better Business Bureau and Florida Attorney General! Let's close this place down!

Discrimination - If you are Latino, you should be treated well.
Anyone else, you are up a creek, because you are NOT Latino! I sat in the office way longer than I cared to, and saw blatant Discrimination! White and black people are charged different rates than Latino's. Latinos did not have to show auto insurance id's. Latinos received a fair price.

Bait & Switch - We booked a Jeep for $60 per day, 3 days. We were late due to plane delays! They claimed that the Jeep was rented to someone else, since we were late. I could see the Jeep in the parking lot! They gave us a Honda Pilot for $99 per day! We asked for a smaller car cheaper and the guy refused to give us a smaller car, though I saw them in the yard. I told him that online, I can get a Nissan Versa for $40 and cancel the Honda/Jeep? He said that we could do that, but there would be a delay of 1 - 3 hours waiting for a confirmation for the main facility. What?

Credit Card Hold - I find that people are held on their credit card from $250 - 1000. We have a $500 hold on our credit card. I am concerned that we will not get the deposit back as many have claimed. They said it would take around a week for the refund to process back onto my card. We will see.

Extra Charges - I am going to check with previous car rental and see if these fees are illegal. I am going to look into Florida laws as well. If charged illegal fees, I will turn into Attorney General!
Insurance - We have USAA auto insurance, one of the best. The guy was a jerk and made us download the policy. I noticed that others were not expected to do the same.

Location - you are in a nasty part of Miami! They have you as a captive audience with no resclue! If you are not happy with the charges, your next bet is to take an Uber to another location!

Be careful with this car rental company. Do not accept toll activation because they charge you 10 USD every day even if you don’t use the toll ways, there are many ways to avoid toll ways in a GPS, so don’t buy it. Be also aware that they will charge you TPI third party insurance mandatory for the state of Florida, so if you are using a page to look for a good deal, you may probably not seeing the whole picture until you arrive at the desk.
