We did a yearly maintenance on this Kohler 24EKOZD. We replaced the low pressure fuel pump along with new raw water pumps. This unit are installed on a San Lorenzo 78. As you can see there is very tight access to this units so working in them are very challenging. Remember we are your trusted Kohler Marine dealer.

Oil Specification on your Kohler ( Rehlko ) Engine 12-40kw Generator. Oil needs to meet API recommended specifications along with recommended viscosity. It needs to be a full synthetic oil, not a blend or a conventional oil. Failure to not meet recommended oil specifications could result in engine problems.

If your unit is under warranty and you are running a non OEM filter you warranty will be voided. OEM filter is $24.99, $5.00 more than the non OEM. Dont let the saving of $4.00 cost you thousands.

Big upgrade alert! 80ft Sunreef just got a shiny new Kohler (now ) generator replacement. FDS Marine is on top of the maintenance game with propulsion, gear, and generator care. By the way, Kohler's new name is Rehlko! Did you knew that?
