Paula’s Story and Gottalovemiami
I was always independent and driven.
My dad used to say that whenever and idea got into my head there was no one that could change my mind.
I never took the easy road, because when you do what is easy, life will be hard, but if you do what is hard, life will be easy. I wanted a great life.
I went to Engineering school at one of the top universities in Chile.
I wanted to be able to have the most opportunities and I needed the tools and the resources so I Studied Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering.
Talk about not following the easy road.
Then I got my MBA at one of the top schools in Italy and the climbing of the corporate ladder started.
After years of hard work, client satisfaction focus and high work ethics, I became sales Director for Latin America for one of the top telecommunications companies in Europe, working at a beautiful office in Downtown Miami.
Then my daughter came along and everything changed.
I wanted to do something that allowed me to be with her and see her grow.
I had already gotten my Real Estate license a few years back, when the circumstances at my telecom job changed dramatically. I no longer loved my work, or wanted to keep doing it and one thing led to another and I became a full time Realtor in 2013 with FCM Realty, which was owned by my best friend.
What a nice change that was.
….but not so fast !
Life as a new agent was not the road I was expecting. With very little training or understanding of what I had gotten myself into, work was not easy, even with my best friend by my side.
….again I took the hard road leaving my friend, and I moved to Keller Williams, the #1 Real Estate Company in the world and one of the top training companies.
I needed to learn to be a GREAT agent, not just one agent more. I wanted to provide the best customer services, I wanted to develop great relationships and I wanted to love what I do, and I order to do that I needed….training by the best!.
So I committed to learning everything I could about serving others as a realtor and about the real estate business.
Yeap, I have taken hundreds of hours of training and I even became a trainer myself. I currently teach other agents how to sell their listings and about running their businesses as a business (agent financials and budgeting).
I got several certifications, CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) and PSA (Price Strategy Advisor).
Today I am part of the ALC (Agent leadership council) at the KW Miami Beach office, I won the KW culture award in 2018, my business is growing constantly and, most importantly ….. I love what I do, because I love to help people….and my daughter tags along with me all the time....and my best friend is now at KW with me :-) .
Today one of my primary source of business is referrals from people that already know me and respect me and it allows me to maintain long-term relationships that will offer added benefits for years to come.
So, as people referred me, the referrals wanted to know more about me than just from their friends who had worked with me. They needed to learn, on their own, who I was.
I needed an online presence.
Something that represented me, how much I love what I do, and my love for this amazing city....and Gottalovemiami was born. …. which is how you will find me on all the social media platforms and my website www.gottalovemiami.com

Miami is the top market for international buyers. Its enviable weather and beautiful beaches, lifestyle and nightlife make it also a top tourist destination.
I fluently speak English, Spanish, and Italian, which is an asset in a city like Miami.
My goal is to help you achieve your goals and exceed your expectations and if I do not EARN your referrals, then I have not done my job.
