Ive been on a social hiatus lately, sorry it's not because I've disappeared… It was MAYCEMBER 😅

I'm in a season where I'm building something and raising someone at the same time.

For a long time, I chased the idea of "work-life balance." What I'm learning instead is that sometimes life isn't balanced, it's about being present with what's in front of you.

Some days that looks like serving my clients well. Some days it looks like showing up for my family. And some days, if it looks like I'm absolutely crushing it in one area, just know the circus has probably run completely amok somewhere else 😂 But I'm grateful.

As much as Bliss Bodyworks Day Spa is about massage, wellness and reset, it's also about honoring the season you're in and giving yourself permission to be fully there.

Thank you for your patience, your support. And ya’ll… a few of my babies have graduated 🤍🎓

We’ve spent a few days here as a team of 2 providing chair massage + wellness support for their staff and let me tell you... everyone
has been SOOO appreciative 😭

Honestly, workplace chair massage is such a game changer for employee wellness. A few minutes to breathe, reset and release tension can completely shift someone's day.

And respectfully... it's better than another potluck 😂💁‍♀️

Bruh. I littttterally don’t care. If it will make you feel more comfortable and relaxed during your session, then yes for sure shave. But so long as you’re clean? Let them prickly hairs fly my friend. Mine are probably just as long lol.
