Originally built as a bank and now transformed into luxury apartments, this project was all about keeping the building’s dark, clean look while adding heat rejection to help with the amount of direct sunlight coming through the glass.

This beauty lounge was worried about losing natural light, so we went with a 40% sputtered film made for exactly that.
