We're so excited to bring you delicious holiday recipes and more through the month of December. Here's a sneak peek! Enjoy these yummy Brown Butter Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies at home if you're not able to be here with us. 🍪

-Ingredients-
🍪1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
🍪3 cups all-purpose flour
🍪1 teaspoon baking soda
🍪¾ teaspoon salt
🍪1 teaspoon cornstarch
🍪1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
🍪3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
🍪1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
🍪1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
🍪¾ cup granulated sugar
🍪5 tablespoons pumpkin puree
🍪2½ teaspoons vanilla extract
🍪1 cup chocolate chips

-Instructions-
Heat a skillet on medium and add the butter. Cook the butter until it melts and then begin to stir continuously. Keep cooking and stirring until the butter begins to turn brown in color and smells nutty. Immediately remove from heat and store in a container. Chill uncovered until almost entirely solidified, but still somewhat soft.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. While the butter is chilling, mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, corn starch, and spices in a medium bowl. Set aside. Remove the butter and place in a bowl. Beat the butter with both the brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the pumpkin puree and vanilla extract and beat until well incorporated. Slowly add in the flour mixture and mix until it is just incorporated into the butter mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips. Chill the cookie dough for at least an hour. Make balls of cookie dough that are two tablespoons big and place on the baking sheets at least two inches apart. Bake for 8 -10 minutes, or until the edges are a light golden brown. If you can’t be with us this holiday season, we want to bring the holiday season to you. 🎄 Today's yummy recipe is Chai Tree and Snowflake Cookies.

-Ingredients-
❄️2 ¾ c. all-purpose flour
❄️½ tsp. baking powder
❄️¼ tsp. Kosher salt
❄️1 tsp. ground cinnamon
❄️1 ½ tsp. ground ginger
❄️½ tsp. ground cloves
❄️½ tsp. nutmeg
❄️½ tsp. cardamom
❄️1/8 tsp. black pepper
❄️1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temp
❄️¾ c. sugar
❄️1 large egg
❄️1 ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
❄️Royal Icing

-Instructions-
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, cardamom and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
In another large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in egg and then vanilla. Reduce mixer speed to low and gradually add flour mixture, mixing just until incorporated. Shape dough into 2 disks and roll each between 2 sheets of waxed paper to 1/8 inches thick. Chill until firm, 30 minutes in the refrigerator or 15 minutes in the freezer. Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Using floured cookie cutters, cut out cookies. Place on prepared sheets. Reroll, chill and cut scraps. Bake, rotating positions of baking sheets halfway through, until cookies are light golden brown around edges, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool on sheets for 5 min before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Decorate with royal icing and sprinkle with sugar mixed with ground cinnamon. (Recipe originally found on Good Housekeeping)

Today is all about Brown Butter Oatmeal Cookies stuffed with Nutella! Make sure to share your photos with us of the cookies you make at home. 🥛

-Ingredients-
🥛2 cups old-fashioned oats
🥛1 1/2 cup oat flour, spooned into measuring cup and leveled off
🥛1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
🥛1 teaspoon baking powder
🥛½ teaspoon baking soda
🥛1/2 teaspoon salt
🥛½ cup honey
🥛¼ cup + 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
🥛1 large egg
🥛1 teaspoon vanilla
🥛½ cup Nutella

-Instructions-
In a saucepan, heat butter over medium heat until browned (watch it carefully so it doesn't burn). In a bowl, mix together oats, oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add in honey, brown butter, egg and vanilla. Mix together until a dough forms. Place dough in the freezer for 10 minutes.
While dough is chilling in the freezer, preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Remove dough from the freezer. Roll ~2 tablespoons dough into a ball and then flatten. Top with ~2 teaspoons Nutella and carefully wrap the edges of the dough around the Nutella.
Add a flattened piece of dough to the top of the cookie ball to fully surround the Nutella. Place the cookie on a greased baking sheet.
Continue the cookie stuffing process until all the dough is gone.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until the oatmeal cookies are just turning golden brown. (Recipe originally found on Imma Eat That)
