BIG NEWS FOR OCTOBER!

Copper State Trailer Rentals is excited to announce that we’ll be a display vendor at the 2026 Duct Tape Drags at Firebird Motorsports Park in Chandler, Arizona!

The Duct Tape Drags take over Firebird Motorsports Park October 16–17, hosted by David Freiburger and Derek Bieri of Vice Grip Garage.

This is one of those events I’ve wanted to attend for a long time but never had the opportunity to make it happen. So getting the chance to be there this year as a display vendor makes it even better.

We’ll be setting up on Thursday and on display throughout the event Friday and Saturday. We’re looking forward to three days at the track, meeting fellow gearheads, talking cars and trailers, and taking in everything the Duct Tape Drags has to offer.

The weekend will feature the Battle of the Beaters, the Vice Grip Garage Burnout Pit, the least showy car show ever, evening parties, and plenty of the kind of automotive chaos you'd expect from this crowd.

If you’re into Roadkill, Vice Grip Garage, old cars, project cars, beaters, burnouts, drag racing, or just hanging around people who love cars, this should be a great weekend.

When you’re hauling a drift car out of state, weather isn’t a risk you take.

We recently helped a local racer transport his Nissan drift car (LS-powered build) to a competition at Suika Circuit (just west of Albuquerque, NM).

Details:
Multi-day event, long haul, and a full race setup—car, tires, tools, and spare parts.

Another successful run with AZ Tough Towing!

Angelo stopped by to pick up our 20-foot enclosed trailer for a one-day transport job from the Prescott area down to Florence.

The load? A Harley-Davidson and a side-by-side.

We supplied a couple of motorcycle wheel chocks, motorcycle-specific tie-down straps, and additional ratchet straps for the side-by-side so they had everything needed to secure the load.

Another smooth trip and another job successfully completed.
