SOMETIMES THE JOB DOESN'T GO AS PLANNED

Rob had a broken-down work truck and needed our 20-foot open car hauler with the 12K winch.

Unfortunately, we had an equipment failure.

The winch solenoid relay failed and the winch wouldn’t operate when Rob needed it. I had it repaired by the following day, but Rob needed to move his truck right then.

So instead of leaving him stuck, we canceled the booking and sent him to Tyler at another nearby trailer rental company that had a 20-foot flatbed with a winch available.

Tyler took care of him and got him on his way.

Things break. That’s reality.

Customer service is what you do after something goes wrong.

Sometimes taking care of a customer means sending the business to somebody else who can get the job done.

Breakdowns don’t happen in convenient places.

We recently helped a local hunter recover his small camping trailer after the tongue broke while he was out hunting just north of Mount Lemmon.

Details:
Trailer disabled in the field—needed a way to recover it and get it back home for repair.

He used our 20’ PJ open car hauler with 12K winch, and this is where it matters:

• 12K winch = essential for pulling a disabled trailer onto the deck
• Open flatbed = flexible loading, even in rough conditions
• 10K capacity = handles small trailers and recovery jobs
• Built for real-world situations—not just planned moves

The challenge:
Recovering a broken-down trailer in a remote area without standard towing options.

The result:
Loaded it up using the winch and boards, brought it back home, and now it’s ready for repair and back to use.

Every rental includes:
✔ Commercial-grade straps
✔ Maintained and inspected equipment
✔ Straightforward process — no surprises

Most people guess what trailer they need—and that’s where things go wrong.

Here’s the quick breakdown:

• Open car hauler → vehicles, light equipment, wider loads
• Enclosed trailer → high-value cargo, household moves, weather protection
• Deckover tilt → heavy equipment, conex boxes, oversized loads

The problem:
Wrong trailer = loading issues, weight problems, and wasted trips.

We don’t leave you guessing.

Before you book, we’ll match the right trailer to your job so you’re set up correctly from the start.

What you get with our trailers:

• 12K winch available (when needed)
• Ratchet straps and axle straps included
• Enclosed trailers include E-track system
• Moving package: hand truck, 2 furniture dollies, moving blankets

Bottom line:
You don’t need to know trailers—you just need to tell us what you’re moving.
