Schaefer Auto is Hiring!!!!
This position is for a over the road mobile car crushing crew. You will be required to be on the road an average of 10-14 days at a time. Applicant must have a valid drivers license, be able to cross state lines and pass drug testing. We are looking for someone who is self motivated
There is heavy lifting involved with as much as 50 pounds. Ability to operate a skid steer or pay loader is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone that is not afraid to get their hands dirty.
Transportation is provided to and from job site. You will leave and return with the crew.
Wage is based upon loads sent out to mill. On average we aim for one load per day.
Performance will increase ability to earn more. The harder you work the more you will make.
Base pay for load will be discussed at interview.

Schaefer auto is currently looking for a mechanic. The candidate will work in accordance with company and state standards.
Responsibilities and duties include: perform minor and major repairs on cars, trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment, conduct regular maintenance, including inspections of equipment, tire rotation and oil changes, maintain parts inventory and cleanliness of work space, perform regular diagnostic tests, and maintain accurate records of repairs performed.
Skills and qualifications required:
1+ years of experience
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Must be able to work well with others
Must be able to pass drug test and background check
Pay depends on experience but willing to train the right person.
