Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Diesel and Hydraulic Technician role based in Munford, TN. The technician will need to be able to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and heavy equipment, both in the shop and at customer locations as needed. Daily responsibilities include inspecting equipment, identifying mechanical and hydraulic issues, replacing or repairing components, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation. The role also involves documenting work performed, communicating with customers and team members about repair status and recommendations, and adhering to safety standards and company procedures. The technician would use a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment, maintain a clean and organized work area, and support continuous improvement of service processes.

Qualifications:Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
Hands-on experience working with hydraulic systems, including installation, repair, and testing of components.
Background in heavy equipment service, including loaders, excavators, trucks, and similar machinery.
Proficiency in maintenance & repair practices for diesel engines and mobile equipment, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
Experience with mobile hydraulics and familiarity with field service environments.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders.
Commitment to safety protocols and proper use of tools and personal protective equipment.
Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean driving record preferred.
Prior experience as a diesel or hydraulic technician; technical or vocational training in diesel technology or related field is a plus.

Motor is completely together and we had to take a day off from working on it, in order to take care of our customers needs. Next week, cab bushings and put the cab back on and get it fired up.
