🔥 ANOTHER ONE BACK ON THE ROAD! 🔥

This sweet SRT8 came rolling into Apex Automotive L.L.C. with a HORRIBLE noise coming from underneath it! We're talking so loud we could hear him coming from an eighth of a mile away! 😂🔊

The customer was convinced it was a front-end issue, but as soon as we heard it pull in, we had a pretty good idea what we were dealing with: a driveshaft/carrier bearing issue! 🔧💪

The customer was worried his vehicle would be tied up all weekend, but that's where Apex Automotive does things differently!

A dying trade that not many people know we still offer!!

Most shops will just sell you new rotors! As long as your rotors are in spec with thickness, and runout, we can surface them for less than new rotors cost, giving the same results as brand new rotors for a fraction of the cost.

so if you need new brakes but dont want to pay new brake prices, we got you covered!

🚨 MELBOURNE — WE WANT TO BUILD SOMETHING BIGGER THAN A REPAIR SHOP 🚨

Apex Automotive is working toward becoming more than just the place you bring your vehicle when it breaks down.

We're trying to grow our Facebook community and eventually monetize this page — and here's why:

💰 Every additional source of income gives us another opportunity to GIVE BACK to our community.

Our goal is to eventually be able to help people who are struggling to afford necessary vehicle repairs — because we know that sometimes a $500 repair isn't just a $500 repair.

It can mean:

➡️ Getting to work
➡️ Getting your kids to school
➡️ Getting to medical appointments
➡️ Keeping your job
➡️ Keeping your family moving

So if you support what we're trying to build:

👍 FOLLOW Apex Automotive
💬 Tag someone who supports local businesses
🔔 Turn on notifications so you don't miss what we're doing
By doing so you will recieve 20% off your next service!

We're going to document the journey and hopefully turn this page into something that helps a LOT of people.

We're not asking you to buy anything.

We're asking you to help us build the community.

Excuse the rant. Here goes

It’s pretty frustrating when we make time for someone to look at their vehicle, only to have them disappear the moment they find out there is a charge for diagnosing the problem—as if the diagnosis was supposed to be free.

We understand that, as a customer, you may look at something and think, “That’s an easy fix!” And sometimes you may even be right.

But sometimes that “easy fix” turns into the last bolt breaking, a component being seized, something being damaged, or the problem simply not being what it originally appeared to be.

That’s exactly why we DIAGNOSE—we don’t guess.

There is an actual process to automotive diagnostics that many people don’t realize goes into finding the root cause of a problem. Sometimes the answer really is simple, but as a professional repair facility, we can't responsibly recommend repairs based solely on a guess.

For example, imagine you hear a noise from the front suspension and assume it’s a bad control arm.

If we simply agreed and replaced it, you could spend $400+ on the repair, pay for an alignment, and then find out the noise was actually coming from a bad ball joint.

Now you’ve paid for a control arm you didn’t need AND you still have to pay to replace the ball joint.

That’s not how we want to do business.

We also understand that many customers have mechanical knowledge, have worked on their own vehicles, or have a friend who is a mechanic. We absolutely take that information into consideration—it can be helpful.

But there is a big difference between saying “I think the problem is somewhere in this area” and saying “I know exactly what part is bad.”

Our job is to verify it.

Because if we simply install the part you believe is bad and it doesn't fix the problem, we're the ones who end up looking like we didn't know what we were doing—even though we were following a diagnosis that wasn't ours to begin with.

At Apex Automotive, we believe in doing things the right way.

We listen to what you’re experiencing. We take your concerns and information seriously. Then we follow the proper diagnostic process to determine WHY the vehicle is doing what it’s doing before recommending a repair.

Sometimes that diagnosis will confirm exactly what you suspected.

Sometimes it won’t.

Either way, you’ll know what is actually wrong and why we are recommending the repair.

That’s the difference between guessing and diagnosing.

Hey Melbourne/Brevard community 👋

At Apex Automotive, we’ve been talking about starting something bigger than just repairs — a way to help people in our community who truly need it but can’t afford it.

We’re exploring the idea of creating some kind of community-funded program to help cover repairs for those going through hard times (single parents, people trying to get to work, etc.).

Before we move forward, we want YOUR input:

👉 Would you support something like this?
👉 How would you like to see it work?
👉 What would make you trust and want to contribute?
👉 Should it be case-by-case, or an ongoing fund?

We want to do this the right way — transparent, fair, and truly helpful.

Drop your thoughts below or message us privately if you have ideas. This could be something really powerful for our community 💙
