This is a very hard email to write. If you are an Ironhorse customer and have called or emailed to order parts and have not received a response or not received your parts, PLEASE CALL US AGAIN AT 931-668-8860. We had a representative who wasn't doing their job and lots of people didn't get parts they paid for. We discovered this 3 weeks ago and have done our best to figure out the who, what and where, but we are still getting calls every day. We will get the parts you need to you quickly! And we are so sorry!!! Sad to say, if you post something nasty on here, we deserve it!!!
