TOP CATS of IL Motorcycle Club continues to deny payment owed to Valley of the Kings, a non-profit animal sanctuary. ( We want to keep this issue on the radar)

Top Cats continues to refuse to pay the full amount of money owed based on the registration fee of $25, they made a minimal donation in 2016 & 2017 that is less than $10 per vehicle.
