Today I did a little bit of a face lift on a family members jeep wrangler! It got a new dual shock steering stabilizer, a new bumper with a light bar, new fog lights and headlights with integrated turn signal halos and a 9500 lbs winch!

The yfz 450 that I rebuilt the head for is finally all back together and ready to ride! It got a new piston and rings a new head all new valves springs and retainers and timing chain! If you have any power sport machine that need some mechanical attention feel free to get a hold of me!!

Well I came into the new year swinging! On Tuesday I did some head work for a yfz450, I lapped in all new valves and swapped over all of the studs and coolant pipe from the old head onto the new head, and then did some personal work on my rzr! On Wednesday I took up a job from a coworker and installed 7 new coil packs on his dodge 1500! Feel free to shoot me a message or give me a call for any of your mechanical needs!

This project had to get pushed to the side for a little bit due to the cylinder needing to be shipped out to get renikasealed. After a couple weeks of waiting the cylinder finally came back in and the engine is finally finished and ready to be put back in its chassis! This is a ktm 200 xcw it was completely rebuilt a wrench rabbit complete rebuild kit!

A little update on the Ktm engine I’m rebuilding! Saturday morning I tore the engine apart and got it ready to be all cleaned up. Then today I cleaned the cases and started to reassemble everything, i got the bottom end pretty much wrapped up and tomorrow night I will finish up with the rebuild!

After a few weeks of taking time for personal projects and vacation. I’m back to taking on customer projects! Last night I checked out a Yamaha raptor with broken exhaust stud holes and gave some advice and choices for repairs. I dug into a yfz 450 that had a spot where the engine was locking and tore into the engine to figure out what was going on. And today a customer dropped off a seized engine out of a ktm 200 xcw that I had previously diagnosed pictures of the rebuild coming soon!

The past few weeks have been quite busy! I’ve been all over the place working on everything from rebuilding a tr**ny out of a 93 c1500, to doing oil changes and brake to working on pressure washers! This week was a pretty busy one even with it being a 3 day work week for me. Tuesday I started off the week with going back to the kfx I had previously worked on and finished it up with some new valves seals and the rest of the gaskets that go along with it. After starting it I then found the charging problem on the bike, and found out the stator and flywheel were all chewed up from a one way bearring bolt that had broken off and had been bouncing around in there for a while! I went back on Thursday after getting the correct flywheel puller and finished the project up and now she runs great! Wednesday I went and diagnosed a small oil leak on another 110 quad and got the parts ordered and scheduled my last open day for next week! Unfortunately I haven’t been the best at taking pictures while doing the job so I’m sorry for the lack of pictures on this post but I’m trying to get better! Today I worked on a kfx400 it initially needed a timing chain guides and gaskets. After digging into the engine I found the yellow oil pump gear was missing two teeth luckily there was a parts motor that had a perfectly fine gear for us to use. I also found that all four valves were leaking so we got those on order and when they come in I’ll be making my way back to finish up the bike and get his bike back in good order!

I’ve spent the last two nights out by dellroy working on a few units. Wednesday was spent resealing the front axle of a kubota m5400 and putting a top end gasket kit on a rxr 110 quad. Thursday night I spent a couple hours doing full services on a 2022 sportsman 500 and a sportsman 400! Back on the 5th I picked up a 1990 cr250 off of a buddy to check over and try to figure out why it wasn’t running right. After finding a few things wrong and fixing them I got it back up and running like a top! I delivered the bike today and after being taken on a test drive by the customer I then worked on his 400ex! I tore the carburetor apart, cleaned it and got it dialed in for him and fixed a few little odds and ends on the the quad. My buddy went from having 2 new toys to 2 new toys that run just like they did when they were brand new!
