Let's talk about Washington heat.
"ITS NOT HOT IN WASHINGTON STATE"

Sometimes, that can be true. Today, the beginning of summer, check out these readings.
Over 100° concrete temp, 80° in my shop floor in direct sunlight and middle floor is in the mid 70s.

This shows:
It is hot.
The ceramic film is blocking a good % of direct heat.
Even though the concrete pad is transferring heat inward just 5 feet away from the outside reading, the film is doing its job keeping that area in the sun just 5° above mid floor temp reading in the shade, an ambient internal temp of the rest of the shop.

Why does this matter?
Can you imagine how much heat your bedroom and living room windows let past and warm up your spaces?
Can you feel your blinds and curtains warming up all day and just letting that heat bleed into your rooms anyway? Not stopping the heat at all, just becoming the surface that gets warm first.

If the goal is HEAT CONTROL, window film is your answer.
