BMX 33 yrs later Now I live in MO and it’s USA BMX & an Ice Cream bike!

Probably crazy but 33yrs later I have decided it would be an ok idea to take back up a sport I did as a kiddo… Growing up in AZ, we traveled and raced the ABA circuit in 87-92, west of OK.

BMX as an adult.... missed the races tonight, is that a bad thing? Maybe... But you know what a good thing is... church with my son, youtube to catch a little of a friend racing the Northcentral Gold Cup, watching my fellar fart around on his skid steer that he loves very much, helping my son work on his property and coming home to grandbabies in which I got 7 hugs from 1 and 3 from the other. My son & I making us dinner, a marketplace find and now a little football. Oh, I did manage to get in 10 x 100m sprints and 3 x 400 meter heavy resistance pedal, pedal, pedals! It's just different these days.

Just might be the most appropriate card for this birthday!!! Thanks mom!!

With some encouragement and info from friends..... I will be DeSoto, Tx bound at the end of the month. I only see 2 names on the list that I have competed with in the past, so this should be a blast!!

Took in some good advice at my local track last night with a good group of up and coming riders of all ages!

Tuesday night we will continue our dedicated practice for Grands prep. Focusing on the skills needed to compete at Race of Champions and Grands. This is similar to Power Hour practices with group focused training. We will be focusing on race mindset, gates, cornering, and just general bike skills. DM if you have questions.
